hey there!
In her early-20s, training for her first long-distance run, Jules experienced debilitating low back pain. After a few years of recurring back problems derailing an otherwise very active lifestyle, a physical therapist introduced her to Pilates and she kissed the back pain goodbye. After fifteen years, a handful of successful half-marathons and triathlons, and two pregnancies featuring spectacular weight gain and loss, Pilates continues to keep Julie active and pain-free. She loves guiding her clients to move with better precision so they can enjoy more out of every phase of life.
